We’re now looking for a Key Account Manager Austria & Switzerland to join our team.
IN A NUTSHELL, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR…
- Building and developing a new sales focus area in close collaboration with the General Manager DACH
- Full sales responsibility for the markets Austria and Switzerland
IN MORE DETAIL, THIS MEANS…
- Managing and developing existing customers in Austria and Switzerland, including annual negotiations and listings
- Acquiring and developing new customer relationships to further drive growth
- Responsibility for the profit and loss of assigned customers, including budget planning and control
- Forecast planning and monitoring
- Close collaboration with the marketing team in developing and implementing sales strategies and marketing campaigns
- Market and competitor analyses in collaboration with Category Management and Trade Marketing to identify opportunities and offer suitable solutions

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Completed studies in the field of business, marketing or a comparable qualification
At least three years of experience in key account management in the FMCG sector
Strong negotiation and communication skills at all hierarchical levels
Very good analytical skills and a good understanding of numbers as well as initial experience in working with market data (e.g. Nielsen).
Independent, structured and result-oriented way of working and keeping an eye on “the big picture”
Experience in working with customers in Austria or Switzerland or the willingness to familiarize yourself intensively with the structures and special features of the markets
Proactive way of working with a strong “hands-on” attitude
Good knowledge of German and English
