The Role:

We are currently seeking a Connections Planning Lead to join our team on a short-term

assignment. The role is responsible for strategically developing and deploying

consumer-centric connections plans, inclusive of media and influencer activities. They

will accomplish this through leveraging best practices to maximize impact, ROI and

business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connections Planning Excellence
    • Develop and deploy 2026 Strategic Connections Plan and Tactical Plan across CLIENT NAME Trademark brands
    • Steward performance and investment to ensure plan targets are achieved, pivoting as needed based upon macro-environment, category dynamics and in-market results
    • Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Communications and our Digital teams to ensure plans are integrated and holistic in nature
    • Manage relationship with media agency across short term and long term programs
  • Influencer Strategy & Deployment
    • Within Connections plan, develop strategic, consumer-centric and data driven approach to paid Influencer plans, including role of Influencers within paid brand media plans.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Media strategy in planning (mix of agency and brand, CPG experience preferred)
  • Connections planning expert who leads with data and insights to shape strategy and plans, with an understanding of finance, sales and operations.
  • Strategic thinker that is focused against winning today AND building for the future
  • Team player with excellent collaboration skills
