ZigZag Offshoring is looking for a Customer Support Officer to join our team!
About our client
Our client is Australia’s largest online construction marketplace with over 500,000 items for hire from over 2,500 hire companies including the likes of Tutt Bryant Hire and Universal Cranes.
Our client has tens of thousands of searchers from the largest mining, construction and civil companies in Australia searching for and hiring equipment on a regular basis. They connect people in the construction and infrastructure sector looking for plant, equipment and subcontractors, helping companies meet their service requirement. They continues to grow strongly and has become the one stop, all encompassing shop for searchers looking to find plant, equipment and subcontractors for their next project.
About the role
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing customer issues from initial contact through to resolution
- Collecting, vetting, and prioritising reported problems
- Over-the-phone troubleshooting and user assistance
- Communicating system updates
- Contribute to building our support processes
Your experience will include:
- Must have 1-3 years experience
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
- Experience in IT Helpdesk and training/coaching for an enterprise software product
- Customer service and dealing with a wide variety of users
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, for dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with Jira or other workflow systems highly valued
- Ticket / call logging system experience highly valued
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
