Founded in 2010, we provide a SaaS platform for automotive retail. Our AI-powered digital solutions help dealers and OEMs attract, convert, and keep customers. Our main product, the SparK Platform, brings together marketing, sales, data, and operations. We serve over 6,000 dealer groups and dozens of OEMs in 8 countries.

The platform’s key products include LeadSparK for CRM, which uses AI to predict behavior and automate follow-ups. It helps customers achieve 30% lead-to-negotiation conversion rates. StockSparK helps manage over 310,000 vehicles daily across more than 120 publication portals. WebSparK offers AI-powered dealership websites. We have over 3,300 websites online, generating 1 million leads for more than 900 dealers. Other AI features include AI Background Removal, AI Segment Builder, Predictive Campaigns, AI Call Sentiments, and an upcoming AI Search Assistant. We are listed on Euronext Amsterdam and invest about one-third of our annual revenue into continuous innovation. Our substantial tech-automotive R&D team in Europe supports this. We have offices in Italy, Spain, France, Germany, Benelux, UK, Israel, and Portugal.
