Our client is scaling aggressively across Meta, TikTok, Amazon, and DTC, and we’re looking for a Senior Media Buyer to take ownership of paid acquisition as we grow from $5M–$10M and begin our push toward becoming a $100M sleep-health powerhouse.

⭐ What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage daily campaigns on Meta (primary), plus TikTok and Google
- Build and optimize ABO/CBO structures, cost caps, and creative testing frameworks
- Collaborate with our Creative Director and video team on concepts, hooks, and iterations
- Develop and run a structured testing roadmap across audiences, angles, and bidding
- Analyze performance using Meta, Shopify, and Amazon attribution
- Scale spend profitably while protecting CAC, MER, and margin targets
- Ensure compliance within sleep/health advertising policies
- Support upcoming product launches

If you’ve scaled brands profitably and excel in a creative testing environment, we’d love to meet you!
3–5+ years managing Meta campaigns at scale ($3k–$10k/day)
Strong grasp of creative strategy, consumer psychology, and rapid testing
Analytical and data-driven; able to make fast, informed decisions
Experience in DTC or regulated categories (health/wellness) is a plus
Proactive, organized, and comfortable owning outcomes
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Work remotely Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week (no weekends)
Vacation: 10 business days a year
Holidays: 5 National Holidays a year
Company Holidays: 5 Company Holidays a year (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Zipdev Day)
