We are a staffing and recruiting company founded in 2014. We connect companies with remote talent from Latin America for a variety of full-time roles, including software developers (Full Stack, Back-end, Front-end), virtual assistants, QA testers, project managers, product owners, and designers.

We manage the entire hiring process for our clients. This includes understanding their needs, finding and presenting top candidates, and then employing the selected individuals. We handle all payroll and HR responsibilities, making the process cost-effective for our clients.

Since 2015, when Mike Lenny and Daniel Altenburg founded the company based on their experience hiring software engineers in Latin America, we have placed over 350 employees with more than 100 clients. We serve industries such as IT, cloud, security, HR, marketing, and wellness.

We offer 10-12 business days of vacation annually, along with 5 National Holidays and 5 Company Holidays (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, and Zipdev Day).
