The Account Supervisor is a driven, engaged client service professional who thrives in a collaborative team atmosphere and excels at developing unique solutions that differentiate our client’s brands in the market.
We are looking for an Account Supervisor on a short term contract to help with reviewing jobs, providing direction to internal teams and pulling through client changes on a key account. You must have previous AOR experience within a Pharma agency.
What you’ll do
- Managing a digital brand.
- Build and sustain relationships with key clients grounded in an understanding of their business goals.
- Effectively communicate the brand’s business objectives to the agency team both verbally and through written communications.
- Provide feedback on work in development across strategy, creative, technical and analytic project types as well as interpret client and medical/regulatory/legal feedback for the agency team.
- Document all scope requests (detailed description of the client deliverable), author project briefs (with input from subject matter experts as needed), and write SOWs based on inputs provided by delivery team.
- Partner with delivery and account leadership to monitor revenue and profit and mitigate risks, including discussing scope issues with the client directly.
- Manage budget tracking and communication about budget status/tracking internally, relaying to leadership when project is out of scope or needs re-estimate (estimate vs actual; % complete; etc.).
About you
- 5+ years of experience managing client relationships in an agency environment with a background in digital.
- Experience in pharmaceutical marketing is required.
- Proven ability to collaborate across functions and project teams in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in managing pharma brand launch in rare disease is preferred.
- Demonstrates effective communication skills internally and externally.
- Identifies effectively when to escalate and when to problem solve on their own.
- Thinks analytically about data driven insights to push brand strategy forward.
- Effectively writes clear and concise project briefs with little or no input from leadership.
