Position Summary:
Swiftly is currently seeking a dedicated entry to mid-level professional to join our Ad Operations team as a Specialist, focusing on the CPG/Retailer side of our business. In this role, you will manage day-to-day trafficking, ensure quality assurance, and validate ad deliveries across client apps and websites. We are looking for a highly detail-oriented candidate who thrives on numbers, data-driven decisions, and working with ad servers. This is a full time contract role.
We use Deel as the contract of record.
Responsibilities Include:
- Manage day-to-day trafficking, quality assurance and proof of delivery of ads served over client apps and websites. Utilize industry standard ad servers (Xandr) as well as in-house toolsets to execute campaigns
- Work cross-functionally with Engineering and Product to help launch new products, features, and reporting capabilities
- Work closely with Account Managers to coordinate ad placements and ensure smooth customer journey
- Identify opportunities to improve current processes to optimize media and ad trafficking
- Provide feedback with the development, testing and usage of new processes and tools to perform ad operations services
- Exercise flexibility and agility to meet client requests, especially at the last minute
- Perform key metric reporting and continuously monitor campaigns to optimize and ensure the delivery of ad campaign impression targets
- Other related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Ad Operations experience
- 1+ years of experience with ad servers (GAM, Xandr, Epsilon, AppNexus, The Trade Desk, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in business or marketing/advertising
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to work in a quickly changing start-up environment
- Ability to prioritize and focus oneself and the team with strict attention to detail
- Ad Operations experience working with mobile apps
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with AppsFlyer
- Prior experience in managing media on social platforms, trafficking video, 3rd party tag integration, and QAing engineering outputs
$2,500 - $2,700 a month
The salary range is based on the candidates experience as it relates to the role.
