π About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Go-to-Market (GTM) Systems Operations Specialist to join our growing Revenue Operations (RevOps) team. Reporting directly to the Head of RevOps, this role is pivotal in maintaining the health, efficiency, and scalability of our core sales, marketing, and customer technology stack. You will be the primary architect and guardian of our Salesforce Sales Cloud instance and its connected systems, ensuring our go-to-market teams have the tools, data, and processes they need to excel, while providing leadership with the insights required for strategic decision-making.
This role is for a hands-on technical leader who thrives on problem-solving, continuous improvement, and enabling others through robust system design and automation.
π What You’ll Do CRM (Salesforce Sales Cloud) Administration & Optimization:
- Serve as the primary Salesforce administrator for Sales Cloud, managing configurations, user access, profiles, permission sets, roles, custom objects, fields, and page layouts.
- Lead the continuous enhancement of our Salesforce instance, identifying opportunities to improve user experience, data integrity, and overall system performance.
- All aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
- Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports
Data Quality & Governance:
- Implement and enforce data quality standards, monitoring, and cleansing initiatives within Salesforce and integrated GTM systems.
- Develop and maintain data governance processes to ensure accurate, consistent, and reliable data for reporting and decision-making.
- Proactively identify and resolve data discrepancies and process inefficiencies.
Automation & Process Improvement:
- Design, build, and optimize complex automation solutions primarily using Salesforce Flows and other native Salesforce tools to streamline GTM workflows (e.g., lead routing, opportunity progression, data updates).
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success leadership to gather requirements, analyze existing processes, and recommend automation improvements.
Go-to-Market Tech Stack Management & Integration:
- Oversee the administration, integration, and optimization of critical GTM tools
- Ensure seamless data flow and process handoffs between Salesforce and integrated systems.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and work with vendors as needed.
System Implementation & Project Management:
- Lead the evaluation, implementation, and adoption of new GTM technologies from discovery to post-launch support.
- Manage project timelines, communicate progress, and coordinate cross-functional resources for system-related initiatives.
End-User Enablement & Support:
- Provide expert-level support to GTM teams on Salesforce and integrated systems, addressing user inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and identifying root causes.
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to empower end-users to effectively leverage our tech stack.
Strategic Contribution & Reporting:
- Partner with RevOps leadership to translate business objectives into system requirements and strategic roadmaps.
- Contribute to the development of robust reporting capabilities by ensuring foundational data accuracy and system configurability.
π About You
- 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud administration experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex Salesforce Flows (Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, Scheduled Flows).
- Strong understanding of core Sales Cloud objects, their relationships, and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience managing and integrating key GTM technologies (e.g., marketing automation, sales engagement, data enrichment and orchestration, client success management, etc.)
- Solid grasp of data quality principles and experience with data cleansing and governance strategies.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
