About the Role:
Tubi is seeking an Advertising Operations Specialist who will be an integral addition to our Ad Operations team. In this role, the Ad Ops Specialist will report into the Manager, Advertising Operations and will work closely with the Ad Sales, Account Management, and other sales support teams. The primary responsibility for the Advertising Operations Specialist is to ensure proper QA of campaign assets (tags, creatives), campaign setup (targeting), 100% delivery/pacing, and invoicing of Tubi’s high-profile, direct clients. You should be comfortable working in a space where the industry is not fully standardized, and can help Sales and clients work through issues to satisfy their goals within the limits of existing ad serving technologies.
In addition to the above, the role of the Advertising Operations Specialist is to understand each client’s KPIs to help deliver campaigns effectively to reach our clients’ goals. This job necessitates equal amounts of goal analytics, organization, and coordination with your Account Management peer. Additionally, this role will need to report delivery results back to the Media Strategy team to ensure accurate planning.
This position is for our Eastern region, where our office is in NY. We are also open to remote within the EST timezone. (Note that for New York City employees, this is a hybrid role - and must be willing to work in our New York office three times a week, Tuesday - Thursday.)
What You’ll Do:
- Leverage our proprietary ad server to monetize Tubi TV inventory by ad serving Direct sold, Direct Response, and programmatic campaigns
- Ad trafficking, reporting, targeting (contextual and audience), and creative troubleshooting - Working closely with the Account Manager’s ensure ad tags and creatives are implemented accurately and in alignment with Tubi’s ad specs respective to the ad products sold. Proactively resolve any ad tag or creative update by making adjustments or flagging them to the client
- Track and monitor campaigns
- Proactive daily analysis and campaign optimization by evaluating campaign pacing and work with cross functional teams such as Account Managers, to recommend and action on optimizations to ensure campaigns deliver in full
- Review 1st and 3rd party reporting
- Troubleshoot and resolve any trafficking issues and reconcile discrepancies
Your Background:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years of online experience in Advertising Operations, a plus if you have experience with video (i.e. you understand VAST and VPAID)
- Well organized with superior attention to detail, experience with Order Management Systems (specifically with AOS is a plus)
- Strong technical understanding of digital ecosystem, i.e. understand the role a publisher plays in the context of an SSP, and DSP
- Strong experience with Excel and Google Sheets, knowledgeable in SQL is a plus
- Ability to focus on priorities, while multitasking, in a fast paced environment
- Proven experience with ad trafficking, reporting, and creative troubleshooting
- Clear and proactive communication

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and various benefits including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
