About the Role
DuploCloud is looking for a DevOps Engineer with a demonstrated background in cloud automation. The role involves understanding customer DevOps use cases and developing Python automation solutions that can be integrated into the DuploCloud AI HelpDesk as AI Agents.
Working within our AI Growth Team, you’ll collaborate closely with our Onboarding team, Operations Team, and customers directly to support their implementation and support needs. This role will contribute significantly to the company’s growth trajectory by creating AI-powered DevOps solutions for our existing customer base.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of demonstrated ability as a Python developer
- 5+ years of cloud architecture, infrastructure or DevOps experience
- 3+ years of building docker images across one or more stacks (Python, NodeJs, Java, PHP, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Sound knowledge of Kubernetes
- Experience working with both customers and internal teams to collect requirements, troubleshoot issues, and identify new use cases
- Problem solver who can interpret sophisticated problem statements, boil them down into simple solutions, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
- Technical and customer-focused approach to solutions engineering
- Open to giving and receiving feedback, tolerating failure, and passionate about making clients successful
- Dynamic team member who will both teach and learn from all of us on the Growth Team

$150,000β$190,000 USD

The pay listed above is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington. The standard base pay range listed for this role may not be applicable to other locations.
