Challenge
We are looking for an experienced backend engineer, responsible for integrating AI-driven solutions to enhance developer productivity, executing POCs, and improving internal workflows. This role requires staying up-to-date with advancements in LLMs and AI agents to support both process optimization and product development as strategic priorities.
What you’ll do
- Develop and integrate GenAI solutions for internal development tooling
- Design and build AI web applications (Python, C#, JS)
- Implement AI agents using APIs from foundational models
- Create and maintain microservices to support AI workflows
- Continuously evaluate and improve AI features based on user feedback
- Stay updated on the latest LLM/GenAI advancements
In order to succeed in this position, you will need:
Mandatory skills
- Advanced/fluent English skills – Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid programming skills in C#, SQL, JavaScript, HTML
- Working knowledge of GenAI concepts (LLMs, RAG, AI agents)
- Ability to connect and orchestrate APIs and services
- Experimental, problem-solving mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication
Nice to have
- Passion for AI-assisted developer productivity
- Experience with tools like LangChain, semantic search, or vector databases
- Prior implementation of AI tools integrated into dev workflows
