We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (.NET/React.js) to join one of our Product Assessment teams. You will work on both the development of new features and the evolution and maintenance of critical systems.

In this role, you will face meaningful technical challenges and collaborate in a structured, cross-functional environment, always with a focus on making a real impact on the product.

💼 About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer who’s passionate about writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code. You’ll work with a modern tech stack in a fully distributed environment, collaborating with developers, project managers, and internal users.

🛠️ Responsibilities

Write efficient and readable code based on technical requirements.

Troubleshoot, debug, maintain, and improve existing software.

Test and deploy applications and programs.

Collaborate with developers, testers, product owners, and other teams.

Design and build front-end interfaces using React.

Contribute to architectural design and decision-making.

🧪 Tech Stack

Backend: C# (.NET)

Frontend: React, JavaScript, TypeScript

Infrastructure: AWS (Lambda, Step Functions, EKS), Terraform, Docker

Databases: SQL Server, DynamoDB

DevOps & Monitoring: GitLab, Datadog, Opsgenie

✅ Must-Have Requirements

Senior software development experience.

Strong proficiency in C# and React.

Experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript.

Solid understanding of SOLID principles and Clean Code practices.

Deep knowledge of architectural patterns.

Hands-on experience with unit testing (bonus for synthetic or end-to-end testing).

Strong analytical and debugging skills.

Willingness to mentor and support other developers.

Open-minded and diplomatic approach to problem-solving and collaboration.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience working with third-party vendors.

Familiarity with AWS Step Functions.
