We are currently looking for French-speaking AMS Consultant to be part of AMS EMEA team!
Key duties and responsibilities
- Understanding customer requirements and business objectives.
- Detecting issues, troubleshooting, and investigating ways to resolve.
- Conducting training, offering workarounds, and presenting new features or modules, to enhance customer’s application usage.
Requirements and qualifications
Experience:
- Excellent understanding of SAP Business One application of all core modules and core Add-ons.
- Wide experience in SAP Business One support and implementation.
- Wide experience in MS-SQL Server and Crystal Reports.
- Wide experience in SAP Business One upgrades.
- Strong IT consulting background.
- Manufacturing background - Advantage.
Technical Skills:
- SAP B1.
- MS-SQL Server and Crystal Reports.
- Knowledge on deployments in Cloud environment.
Language skills:
- English: Excellent (written and spoken).
- French: Excellent (written and spoken),
Personal Skills:
- Ability to work as part of a global multi-cultural team.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem analysis and problem resolution abilities.
- Service and customer orientation – Mandatory.
