About the Role

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage audiences, and support business objectives. You will manage external and internal communications, oversee social media initiatives, and ensure consistency in messaging across all channels.

In this role, you’ll get to

  • Support marketing and corporate communication strategies to enhance brand positioning and ensure global brand consistency
  • Develop and manage content strategies for social media platforms such as LinkedIn and YouTube
  • Provide monthly reports to the marketing and management team, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with the online community by responding to comments and messages promptly
  • Monitor and address mentions of the brand across social platforms (Social listening).
  • Plan and manage paid social media ad campaign
  • Manage internal communication initiatives such as internal newsletters and updates
  • Organize, plan, and support regional teams on various initiatives, events, and conferences
  • Update and create sales and marketing materials
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors and agencies

What we’re looking for

Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in marketing communications, preferably in the IT or ERP industry
  • Experience in managing social media platforms such as LinkedIn and YouTube
  • Experience in design, content production, and editing
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, communications or relevant field

Technical Skills:

  • Design and content production
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills

Language Skills:

  • English: Fluent
  • Additional language is a plus

Personal Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Outstanding organizational and planning abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Being proactive and creative
