  • Translate data into strategic recommendations that drive decision-making
  • Implement and optimize marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, and Mixpanel
  • Prepare regular updates and reports for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Support the identification of opportunities for automation and reporting process optimization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with business objectives
  • Work closely with division lead to recommend strategic pivots based on data that may contradict current assumptions
  • Support and mentor junior team members as you grow in your role

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in client services operations within marketing or consultancy environments (agency, consulting firm, strategic advisory, etc.)
  • Proven background in data analysis, data visualization, and business intelligence
  • Total proficiency in Python and SQL required, including common data science libraries (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, etc.)
  • Experience with R, Java, JavaScript, or Scala is a plus but not required
  • Experience maintaining and analyzing numerous disparate databases across multiple vendor and client platforms
  • Deep experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI
  • Advanced experience with cloud infrastructure and data architectures, particularly AWS environments
  • Portfolio demonstrating dashboard creation and analytics implementation
  • While experience with blockchain analytics platforms like Dune or Goldsky is certainly valuable, we’re equally interested in candidates who demonstrate exceptional analytical aptitude and learning agility
  • Experience in tracking and measuring campaign performance across marketing channels
  • Exceptional communication skills with proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Prior experience (either personally or professionally) in Web3 is a strong plus

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with relevant quantitative coursework highly preferred
  • Relevant industry certification is highly valued
  • Equivalent practical experience will be considered for candidates who can demonstrate exceptional analytical capabilities and relevant work history

Benefits

  • Competitive Salary
  • Health Insurance - (US Only)
  • 401(k) - (US Only)
  • Remote Work Environment
  • Maternity/Paternity Leave

$75,000 - $105,000 a year

Technical Assessment

Please note that as part of our interview process, candidates may be required to complete a technical assessment with screen recording to evaluate proficiency in Python, SQL, and data analysis. This will involve solving real-world data problems similar to those you would encounter in this role.
