Summary
Guarana Technologies is seeking an experienced Android application developer to join their mobile team. The candidate will work closely with the project manager and mobile team to develop customer applications using the latest technologies such as Butterknife, EventBus, Retrofit, OkHttp3, RxJava, Dagger2, Glide. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience developing on the platform, be comfortable in Java and Kotlin, creative with excellent problem-solving skills, passionate about product quality, autonomous, efficient, a team player, and have good written and spoken English.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience developing on the platform
- Comfortable in JAVA and Kotlin (language specificities, design patterns)
- Creative with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Passion for product quality and attention to details
- Autonomy and efficiency are mandatory
- Must be a team player and effective collaborator with excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
Work closely with the project manager and mobile team to help conceive and develop customer applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of mobile devices performance issues
- Experience with GIT (working in collaboration)
- Experience with custom views, animations
- Experience submitting and releasing applications to GooglePlay
