Role Overview
We’re looking for a driven, persuasive, and organized Appointment Setter to join us on a performance-based model (pay per appointment). Your job? Get qualified dental and medical practices interested enough to book a discovery call with our founder. You won’t have to close the deal — just spark interest through social channels, clearly communicate our value, and get them to book a discovery call.
You’ll use tools like LinkedIn, Facebook, email, and other digital platforms to connect with decision-makers, share compelling messages, and guide them to schedule a call. You’ll never speak to anyone live — no cold calls, no phone work — just smart, strategic outreach that fills the calendar.
This is a remote contractor role with flexible hours and unlimited earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, Facebook, email, and other digital channels to connect with dental and medical practices.
- Identify and engage decision-makers (typically practice owners, office managers, or front desk leads) through strategic messaging.
- Craft and send compelling, customized messages that highlight the benefits of A2Voice.ai — including 24⁄7 AI-powered call handling, appointment booking, emergency escalation, and message capture.
- Guide interested prospects to schedule a discovery call by either:
a) directing them to our website, where they can submit their contact info and receive a call from our A2Voice.ai Agent— who can answer basic questions and book an appointment with our founder.
or
b) sending them a direct link to our shared calendar for immediate booking.
- No phone work or live conversations are required from you — just smart, targeted outreach that drives qualified leads to take the next step.
- Maintain a clean and organized record of all outreach and booked appointments using tools like Google Sheets or a CRM.
- Follow up professionally with warm leads who haven’t booked yet to maximize conversions.
You Are:
- A self-starter with prior experience in appointment setting, sales development, or lead generation — ideally in healthcare, dental, SaaS, or call center industries.
- Clear, confident, and persuasive.
- Highly organized and able to manage follow-ups with precision.
- Results-driven — you get paid per qualified appointment, and your income grows as you deliver.
Ideal Candidate Background (not required, but a plus):
- Experience working with dental/medical clients.
- Background in SaaS, AI, virtual assistants, or answering services.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Calendly, Google Sheets, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
