We are a contact center services provider founded in 2011. Our headquarters are in Greensboro, NC, where we employ several hundred representatives in our domestic contact centers. We help clients improve their internet and traditional marketing plans using both inbound and outbound strategies.

Our services include lead generation, lead qualification, sales lead management, and pre-screening. We also offer inbound call answering, concierge, and customer service outsourcing. For clinical trials and surveys, we provide patient recruitment services to qualify subjects for research.

We offer a live transfer service to prequalify individuals and transfer them directly to client sales teams. This makes us an extension of our clients’ operations.

Our Greensboro, NC, facilities include a pool table, miniature golf, foosball table, ping pong table, and common areas with bean bags. We also have a fitness center with lockers and showers. An on-site cafe, stocked by Avenue C, provides meals, snacks, and treats.

We offer remote work options and remote training. For full-time employees, benefits are available after a 90-day probationary period. These include Medical, Dental, Vision, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, Life, and Accidental Death & Dismemberment insurance, if you choose them. A 401(k) plan is also available after 90 days if you choose to participate. Paid Time Off (PTO) is available after 6 months of employment.
