Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Account Manager (AAM) to join our Global Account Management team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in optimizing the client experience for some of the world’s leading financial institutions and corporations.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Account Management, the AAM will work alongside Account Managers to support client success throughout the entire relationship lifecycle—from onboarding and training to renewals, upsells, cross sells, and day-to-day account maintenance. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and is looking to build a career in account management or client success within the financial services space. This is a fully remote position.

Your main responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with a select group of CE’s customers
  • Track key deliverables and maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems
  • Own user setup process for CE’s products & assist the Global Account Management team with key accounts
  • Assist Account Managers with administrative tasks related to account maintenance, including tracking deliverables, updating client records, and preparing materials to support day-to-day client needs.
  •  Partner with the Account Management team to build new training materials & resources for CE’s customers
  • Proactively flag client needs, support requests, or engagement trends to the Account Management team
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Product, Data, and Support teams to ensure timely execution of client deliverables
  • Help identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve internal processes
  • Play an active role in the assessment, implementation, and use of tools such as a customer-facing help desk, FAQ guides, in-app training guides, and more

We’re looking for someone with

  • S. or B.A. in finance, business management, economics, or similar field of study
  • 2-4 year(s) of experience working in tech and/or with investor or corporate clients
  • Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (e. Sales, Research, Marketing, Product, etc.)
  • You’re driven; no obstacle is too difficult to overcome, and no one needs to push you to excel
  • A passion for SaaS products, data, financial services, or B2B technology
  • Strong verbal/written communication & presentation skills; extraordinary listening skills
  • Strong problem solving & analytical skills; formulates solutions that deliver real business value
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively across projects

Salary

The annual base salary for this role is between $100,000 – $120,000 based on experience with uncapped commissions, 401(k) matching, work-from-home flexibility, and subsidized health benefits.
