Responsibilities
- Develop and implement paid search strategies that align with client goals and objectives.
- Drive innovation by testing new strategies, tools, and techniques to improve campaign performance.
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across various platforms.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for campaign improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, copywriters, and account managers to ensure campaign success.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance to clients and senior management.
- Lead and mentor a small team of paid search specialists, ensuring best practices and continuous learning.
- Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in paid search algorithms and technologies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience, or proven experience, in paid search advertising, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid search platforms.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Google Ads certification is a plus.
