As our Associate Buying Director, Paid Search, you’ll be at the forefront of creating and optimizing high-impact paid search campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement paid search strategies that align with client goals and objectives.
  • Drive innovation by testing new strategies, tools, and techniques to improve campaign performance.
  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across various platforms.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for campaign improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, copywriters, and account managers to ensure campaign success.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance to clients and senior management.
  • Lead and mentor a small team of paid search specialists, ensuring best practices and continuous learning.
  • Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in paid search algorithms and technologies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience, or proven experience, in paid search advertising, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid search platforms.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Google Ads certification is a plus.
