As an Associate Creative Director, Art you will be:
- Supporting and leading best-in-class conceptual and creative ideation and execution for multiple clients.
- Crafting concepts for culture-forward campaigns and creative platforms via visuals and ideas that ensure brands stay relevant and innovative in a fast-moving communications landscape.
- Clearly connecting your ideas to strategic and business objectives for your clients
- Driving concept-to-execution oversight for integrated campaigns, ensuring creative output across multiple clients remains consistent, innovative, and true to brand identity.
- Supporting internal marketing and learning & development efforts, sharing creative or design POVs with the broader agency
- Fostering a culture of creativity and innovation within the team by mentoring designers, providing constructive feedback, and promoting an environment where new ideas are encouraged and explored.
- Collaborating across departments with designers, copywriters, social strategists, and other creatives to ensure a cohesive, multi-disciplinary approach to campaign execution.
- Ensuring projects meet the highest standards of quality and creativity by reviewing and approving final deliverables, while jumping into the design process when needed.
- Staying ahead of trends and platform updates, particularly in short-form video and user experience, to inform creative direction and strategy, making sure the work remains fresh, relevant, and culturally resonant.
- Reporting directly to the VP, Group Creative Director and working together to craft integrated creative campaigns
Experience you have:
- You have 6-8 years of experience in a creative environment, with at least two years in a senior design role. Experience in a digital or integrated comms agency highly preferred. A portfolio showcasing integrated campaign work and best-in-class art direction. Proven experience leading design projects from concept through to execution across a variety of brands, with a keen understanding of engaging with cultural moments.
- You have an expert understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Generative AI (ChatGPT, DALL-E, Midjourney, Synthesia, Runway), and an interest in continuing to develop AI skills that will aid creative output
- A strong collaborator with a versatile modern skillset.
- You’re willing to be hands on with creative outputs
- A big bonus if you have experience in B2B or earned media marketing

- Salary: $125,000 - $145,000 (Please note, the salary range for this role reflects the minimum and maximum compensation. In the spirit of transparency, we typically offer salaries within the 25th to 75th percentiles and cannot exceed the maximum listed. The final offer will depend on your experience, skills and qualifications.)
