Job description
POSITION SUMMARY: This position will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies and tactics for the Signatera™ molecular residual disease (MRD) test in emerging oncology indications, including sarcoma, melanoma, and head & neck cancers. The individual will serve as a key contributor on the marketing team and play a critical role in achieving growth objectives by ensuring that Signatera becomes integrated into standard-of-care testing across these tumor types. This role will require cross-functional collaboration with medical affairs, commercial, product, and pipeline teams, and will report to the Senior Director of Signatera Commercial Marketing.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that reinforce the clinical utility of Signatera in emerging oncology indications.
Track and assess product sales performance, leveraging key performance metrics to identify gaps and recommend strategies for achieving business objectives.
Manage the development of marketing materials, sales collateral, and digital content tailored to field needs and customer engagement.
Oversee speaker bureau content and faculty selection to ensure alignment with the most current clinical data for emerging indications.
Identify and manage partnerships with third-party organizations to support educational and promotional efforts relevant to targeted tumor types.
Serve as a subject matter partner across marketing, medical affairs, field teams, and external stakeholders to align messaging and priorities.
Contribute to broader strategic initiatives supporting portfolio growth and MRD market expansion.
Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences required; advanced degree preferred (MBA or PhD).
8–10 years of experience in product marketing, field sales, or market analytics within the medical diagnostics, pharmaceutical, or biotech industry.
Strong background in oncology and/or genomics highly preferred.
Familiarity with FDA-approved treatments for solid tumors is desirable but not required.
Ability to travel approximately 30% for advisory boards, industry congresses, field engagement, and marketing events.

Excellent cross-functional collaboration and partnership skills with internal stakeholders and external thought leaders.
Strong customer orientation with the ability to translate clinical complexity into compelling, actionable messaging.
Highly organized with strong time management skills; capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to develop and sustain relationships with key opinion leaders and clinical partners.
Excellent leadership, verbal and written communication skills.
The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
