We are looking for a candidate who has at least 5+ years of hands-on experience running & managing CRO projects. This is a senior-level position, ideal for someone who has a well-rounded CRO background and is comfortable with both client work, creating test plans, and being the strategic lead on CRO engagements. This is also a client-facing position, so a successful candidate will be able to translate CRO results into something a non-digital marketer can understand.
You’ll be responsible for:
Collaborate with the Client Services and CRO teams on test research, hypotheses, strategies, and test plans
Provide feedback and guidance to CRO projects and engagements
Support on quantitative and qualitative research, including (but not limited to):
- Heuristic Analysis
- User Testing
- Heatmapping/Scrollmaping
- Visual Analytics
- Data Analytics
- Competitive Research
- Creation of new research deliverables to support client needs
Communicating with clients to understand and document the business objectives
Managing a team of other CRO experts and providing client services support on all CRO engagements
Project managing the testing & production queue which includes both CRO managers and developers
Oversee CRO Managers who are running CRO engagements to ensure they are properly supported
Creating, furthering, and establishing agency methodology around CRO research and test strategies.
You’ll need to have:
Passion for the field of conversion optimization
Exceptional communication skills – both written and oral
- Powerpoint/GSlide experience creating well designed, organized, and strategic presentation
5+ years of CRO-specific experience, either at an agency or in an in-house role
Academic and practical experience with a wide array of research methodologies
Reporting experience
Creating, analyzing, and reporting on data points
Detail oriented & organized
Willingness and ability to learn
Ability and strong desire to problem-solve
Positive attitude and is a self-starter
Ability to handle changing priorities
Time management skills
Efficient working style
Experience with testing tools (e.g. Optimizely, Google Optimize, VWO, AB Tasty) - MUST have Adobe Target
Experience managing post launch QA, results monitoring, statistical analysis of test results, assistance with test plans and test strategy, maintaining CRO roadmap documentation, providing reporting to account managers across accounts they are assigned.
Additional things that will impress us:
- Experience running a agency-level CRO program
- Team management experience
- Tableau/Data Visualization experience

The anticipated hourly rate range for this position is $60-85/hr - W2. Rate is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, expertise, and organizational impact. This is based on a 40-hour workweek and leveling. Keep in mind, we’re flexible.
