We are a global biopharmaceutical company founded in Copenhagen, Denmark, in 2007. We operate additional facilities and offices across Europe and the United States, including research facilities in Germany and offices in Palo Alto, CA, and Princeton, NJ. We went public in 2015 and trade on Nasdaq (ASND).

We focus on applying our TransCon technology platform to develop new therapies, particularly for rare endocrine diseases and cancer. Our pipeline includes clinical-stage product candidates for Endocrinology Rare Disease and Oncology, such as TransCon PTH, TransCon hGH, and TransCon CNP.

We use an innovation algorithm to identify unmet medical needs that are suitable for our TransCon technologies. We collaborate with partners globally, including VISEN, a company formed in 2018 with Vivo Capital. VISEN holds exclusive rights to develop and commercialize our endocrinology rare disease therapies in Greater China.
