HeadQuarters is a global start-up that supports US cannabis companies in finance, sales operations, and logistics.
We are looking for an Automations Engineer experienced in Make.com with knowledge of and financial/accounting workflows. You will design, build, and maintain automated processes that improve our clients’ accounts payable, receivable, and finance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
✔️Develop and maintain Make.com workflows to automate repetitive finance and accounting tasks.
✔️Integrate accounting platforms (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) with other tools via Make.com.
✔️Collaborate with finance and operations teams to understand pain points and design automation solutions.
✔️Troubleshoot and optimize existing automations to improve reliability and efficiency.
✔️Document automation processes and provide training to relevant staff.
✔️Ensure compliance with financial controls and data security standards.
✅Must Have:
- Proven experience building workflows in Make.com.
- basic understanding of accounting and financial processes (AP, AR, invoicing, reporting).
- Experience working with financial software platforms and APIs.
- Ability to map business processes and translate them into automated workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with remote teams and clients.
✅Nice to Have:
- Experience with other automation platforms (Make/Integromat, Tray.io).
- Familiarity with the cannabis industry or related compliance regulations.
