We founded BJAK in 2019 as a fintech company focused on software development. We offer an online platform where users can compare and renew various types of insurance, including car, motor, travel, life and medical, personal accident, and home content insurance. We were the first platform to offer comprehensive digital life and medical insurance.

Our platform is the largest insurance platform in Southeast Asia and the number one insurance platform in Malaysia. We provide flexible payment options, such as 3, 6, or 12-month installment plans and “Buy Now, Pay Later” services.

Beyond insurance, we offer assistance and VIP services, including unlimited towing, roadside assistance, ²⁴⁄₇ support, and other vehicle conveniences. We also run BJAK Bengkel, an online service for booking car repair and maintenance—like oil changes, suspension repair, and engine repair—with installment options available.

BJAK serves over 6 million registered users and has offices in Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, and Taiwan.
