As a Backend Engineer on our team, you’ll play a critical role in building and maintaining the infrastructure that powers real-time trading signals within our wallet ecosystem. Our goal is to deliver fast, accurate, and actionable trading insights directly to users—within their wallets, apps, or platforms—while ensuring system integrity, scalability, and low latency.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage strong architectural expertise to design and develop microservice applications using Java Spring.
  • Work closely with Product Managers and Project Managers to take ownership of end-to-end system architecture.
  • Effectively coordinate and communicate with cross-functional technology teams across various domains throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, ensuring alignment with overarching strategic objectives.
  • Conduct thorough architectural reviews, proactively identifying potential risks and recommending appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in working hours to support collaboration across global teams in different time zones.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in software development and system architecture.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and building Java Spring microservice applications.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in delivering systems with high concurrency and high availability.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a remote team environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge or experience in Web3 technologies is considered a plus.
