At Brightline, our coaches partner with caregivers, children and teens in a structured and compassionate setting. Through our established programs, they teach valuable skills to increase coping strategies and reduce tough behaviors, and our coaches are available over chat to provide ongoing support.

Responsibilities:
1:1 coach care delivery: we have created innovative digital tools and thoughtfully-designed programs that give you the time to focus on delivering outstanding care via video sessions and asynchronous chat.
Multidisciplinary care team support: coaches at Brightline support families in clinical services as a liaison between them and their therapeutic and psychiatric care providers.
Content navigators: not every family is ready for or wanting 1:1 care services, and that’s okay! Our coaches are available to help members navigate content available on the app and triage into different services when they are ready.
Group educators: collaborate with others at Brightline to develop and deliver impactful education to families through workshops, group classes and new content development.
Minimum Requirements:
Candidates must be able to work within our peak hours M-F 2pm-8pm PST
Candidates must have fluency in both written and spoken Spanish
Masters degree in a psychology related field or anticipated graduate program completion in the next 12 months
1 year experience in a behavioral health setting
1 year (formal or informal) experience working with children, youth or families
Experience with child and family focused CBT, motivational interviewing and SMART goal setting
OR
Bachelor’s degree and NBC-HWC, ICF, or NCHEC certified
Relevant experience, to include direct service in a behavioral health setting
1 year (formal or informal) experience working with children, youth or families

Previous experience in digital health coaching is a plus
Eagerness to learn evidence-based behavior change approaches
Strong communication skills and adaptability to change

This position is 100% remote. The target hourly rate for this position is $25-$31. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including certifications, experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
