We provide mental healthcare and wellbeing support for individuals and organizations. Our platform combines technology with human interaction, offering end-to-end wellbeing services.

For individuals, we offer self-care resources, counsellors, and clinical psychologists accessible through a mobile app, desktop, phone calls, and in-person sessions. For organizations, we use a preventative, science-backed approach to help create healthy workplaces. Our goal is to improve employee survey scores, reduce turnover, and increase client satisfaction.

Our services include a self-care app with skill-building programs, licensed psychologists, ²⁴⁄₇ Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services, certified behavioral health coaches and counsellors, crisis management, and learning & development programs. We also offer financial coaching. We address clinical cases such as depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and addiction.

Founded in 2019, we serve over 4 million members across 100 countries in more than 120 languages. Our app users rate us 4.⁹⁄₅, with 3 million registered users. Our data shows 35% of employees signed up for the app within the first year, 93% reported decreased anxiety after 4-6 weeks, and 81% said their ability to regulate emotions improved.

Our leadership team includes Co-founder & CEO Theodoric Chew, Co-founder & CTO Anurag Chutani, VP of Operations Valerie Chew, VP of Clinical Dr. Oliver Suendermann, and VP of Product Protik Roychowdhury. We focus on EAP, Mental Health First Aid, Counselling, Clinical Psychology, and ICF Coaching.
