The Instructional Designer Sr. will lead the design, development, and delivery of comprehensive training programs aimed at enhancing the skills and performance of customer service teams. This role involves creating engaging, bilingual (English/Spanish) learning content, conducting webinars, and facilitating live training sessions. The Sr. Designer will work closely with department heads and subject matter experts to ensure that training materials align with company goals and promote continuous learning across the organization. Strong instructional design and project management skills are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities

·Lead the design and development of advanced training programs, including e-learning courses, instructor-led sessions, job aids, and interactive content for customer service teams.

·Conduct live training sessions and webinars, delivering impactful training to bilingual teams (English/Spanish).

·Collaborate with department heads, managers, and subject matter experts to identify training needs and ensure alignment with business goals.

·Utilize instructional design tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) and graphic design software to create visually engaging and interactive learning materials.

·Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and continuously improve the content based on data-driven insights.

·Develop customized training solutions for specific teams or functions within the call center to meet performance targets.

·Mentor and provide guidance to junior instructional designers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality training content across the team.

·Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in instructional design to enhance training programs.

·Manage multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of training initiatives.

·Maintain accurate records of all training activities, materials, and employee progress, ensuring compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

·Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, communications, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

·5+ years of experience in instructional design or training development, with a focus on e-learning and live training delivery in a bilingual environment.

·Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills in both languages.

·Strong expertise in instructional design software (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

·Proven experience designing and facilitating complex training programs for large teams, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.

·Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and execute multiple training projects simultaneously.

·Deep understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and performance-based training approaches.

·Experience mentoring or managing junior instructional designers.

What do we offer:

·Full time $35,000 MXN monthly gross salary.

$35,000 - $40,000 a month
