Job Title: Bilingual Spanish-Speaking Rheumatology eClinical Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish-Speaking Rheumatology eClinical Assistant to join our healthcare support team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in both English and Spanish and experience working in a clinical or medical office setting, particularly within rheumatology or similar specialties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries professionally and promptly
• Make outbound calls to insurance companies to verify coverage and handle authorizations
• Assist with scheduling appointments, patient follow-ups, and documentation in the eClinicalWorks (eCW) system
• Maintain accurate patient records and support the coordination of care
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure efficient operations

Qualifications:

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
• Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) or similar electronic health record systems is preferred
• Prior experience in a medical or clinical setting, especially in rheumatology, is a plus
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional remote work setup
