At Flying Bisons, we’re best known for world-class UX/UI design, but we also create top-tier branding for high-stakes brands like XTB. Now, we’re looking for a Brand Designer to help us push creative boundaries even further.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of branding, art direction, and digital design. You’ll work closely with our UI team, ensuring brand identity translates seamlessly into digital interfaces. You should be just as c omfortable designing logos and brand identities as you are directing a 3D artist, illustrator, or photographer to bring a vision to life.
If you’re a hands-on designer with a strong aesthetic sense and an impressive portfolio of branding and logo design work, we want to hear from you. This is not a role for someone who only thinks at a high level - we need craftsmanship, attention to detail, and executional excellence.
Requirements
Your Role & Responsibilities
Designing logos, visual identities, and brand guidelines for high-stakes brands
Ensuring branding translates seamlessly across both digital and physical touchpoints
Collaborating closely with UI Designers to align branding with digital experiences
Understanding interface design principles to ensure brand consistency across digital touchpoints
Leading art direction for photo & video shoots
Managing and guiding 3D artists, illustrators, and motion designers to maintain creative vision
Delivering pixel-perfect designs with a strong graphic design skill set
Working on both concept development and final execution
Additional responsibilities at the Senior level:
Leading UI projects and contributing to design standards
Supporting the development and enhancement of design systems
Providing guidance and feedback to junior designers
Optimizing internal design workflows and processes
Your Profile & Skills Required
Strong graphic design skills – you’re hands-on and can deliver exceptional execution
Branding expertise – experience in designing strong visual identities and logos
UI familiarity – understanding of how branding translates into digital interfaces
Art direction skills – ability to direct photographers, 3D artists, and illustrators
Strong communication and presentation skills (English: B2/C1+ level)
