We offer an AI platform for audit and advisory firms. Our platform digitizes the entire engagement process and uses generative AI to help professionals and their clients. We help firms manage engagements like SOC 2, financial audits, PCI DSS assessments, and internal audits.

We were founded in 2020 and are based in San Francisco. We have raised $50M from investors including Bessemer Venture Partners, 8VC, Floodgate, and Y Combinator. CPA Practice Advisor has given us their Technology Innovation Award five times, and Accounting Today has named us a Top New Product four times. We are used by 50 of the top 100 CPA and consulting firms in the US. Our customers have seen results like 5X practice growth, 66% less time drafting test procedures with AI, and up to 25% more engagement realization thanks to automated reports and real-time collaboration.

Our team consists of former Big Four practitioners and Silicon Valley technologists, giving us insight into both the practitioner and client sides of complex engagements. We are a remote-friendly, global company, based in San Francisco with employees across cities like Denver, New York, Los Angeles, Austin, Detroit, Pittsburgh, Toronto, and London.
