We work across the firm’s client portfolio, developing creative solutions and campaign concepts that have the power to shape perspectives and inspire action on the issues that matter most.
Summary of Position:
Penta is seeking a Brand Strategist, (internally referred to as Producers) to join our team. Producers help bring our creative campaigns to life, working closely with designers, strategists, managing directors, and partners across multiple clients and projects. A successful candidate is intellectually curious, eager to learn and contribute, works well in teams, and is interested in developing creative solutions that help solve complex challenges.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with creative strategy and production teams developing brand strategy and creative campaign recommendations for clients
- Draft planning materials that ensure high-quality, strategically sound creative deliverables, including project proposals, strategy briefs, and creative briefs
- Inform strategy and partner with creative production team to execute comprehensive creative campaign assets, including TV/video, digital, social, radio, websites, and event activations
- Work in collaboration with ads management team to report on campaign performance and optimization recommendations for clients
- Follow clients’ businesses and industries to maintain a current knowledge base and keep the team apprised of new and ongoing developments
Qualifications:
- 1 - 2 years of past experience working in a creative agency as a Brand Manager, Creative Strategist, Creative Associate, or in a similar position either as an intern or full-time employee
- Proficiency building compelling presentation deliverables using Google Slides, or Powerpoint
- Past experience utilizing Excel, or Google Sheets to track campaigns or creative projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Interest in storytelling and creative conceptualization
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple, competing priorities
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Ability to take initiative; motivated and self-starting
- Strong attention to detail
- Interest in or openness to learning basic design skills, using programs such as Figma
- Experience with creating graphics and data visualizations is a plus
- Experience with data management is a plus
- Past exposure to project management tools, like Asana, is preferred
- Bonus points: you’ve working on creative projects in complex, or highly regulated, industries like Technology, Financial Services, Energy, Healthcare, etc.
Salary Range:
The base salary range for this position will be $57,000 -$67,000, depending on a candidate’s experience and qualifications as they relate to the position.

Location and Remote Schedule:
This position is for US-based personnel and is fully remote, with a preference for candidates who can work Eastern Time hours.
