THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Business Data Manager to our Partner Sales Operations team in São Paulo, Brazil.

Wellhub Partnerships team is looking for a Sales Operations Analytics Manager to partner with our Regional Sales Operations Leads across the Globe (Latam, US and Europe) and support commercial leaders and their teams to make more data driven decisions through excellence in business intelligence. This will be a highly collaborative global position working closely with Sales Operations, Analytics and Commercial leaders. The Sales Operations Analytics Manager will report to the Director of Sales Operations and has no direct reports. You will be responsible for scaling our analytical capabilities through dashboards and strategic models, ensuring consistency in our planning, forecasting and insights generation within the partnerships organization..

YOUR IMPACT

  • Develop analytical models to calculate OKR and variable compensation targets
  • Create scalable data visualizations to be used by the Sales Operations Leads as the basis for their analysis of results and forecasting;
  • Develop solutions for the commercial teams to track their results and variable compensation
  • Interact with partners stakeholders to understand requirements and business information for accuracy;
  • Coach business partners on how to utilize dashboards and make improvements increasing readability and usability;
  • Build relationships with the Analytics Team and effectively navigate the organization to collaboratively deliver on commitments;
  • Develop and manage a plan and work product independently and see it through end-to-end through completion with on-time delivery;
  • Communicate complex concepts to management, team members and non-technical audiences in a simple and easy to understand way.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Experience working with data visualization such as tableau, looker, etc;
  • Create dashboards, models and scalable reporting to be consumer;
  • Previous experience in Business Intelligence/ Analytics;
  • Knowledge and experience of analytics tools (SQL, Advanced Excel);
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong data presentation and visualization skills;
  • Strong analysis and pattern recognition skills, as well as synthesis skills, to be able to streamline work;
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, strategist and accuracy-first mindset;
  • Passion for excellence and continuous improvement;
  • Strong execution and ability to drive work to completion;
