Summary

The job involves promoting MCC's hazmat building services, managing sales process, prospecting, tracking pipeline, achieving revenue objectives, providing support to customers, and working closely with project management team. The candidate should have a college degree with construction, technical and/or engineering background, minimum 5 years of consultative sales experience in related industries, excellent communication skills, ability to read and understand architectural and engineering drawings, Microsoft Office proficiency, and CRM usage.

Requirements

  • College degree with construction, technical and/or engineering background
  • Minimum 5 years consultative sales experience in industrial equipment sales, modular buildings, safety, pollution control, environmental, chemical process equipment (mixers, turbines, extruders, conveying equipment) general contracting and/or pharma equipment sales
  • Excellent verbal, electronic communication, and presentation skills
  • Read/understand architectural and engineering drawings, plans and specifications
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • CRM usage

Responsibilities

  • Promotes company's turnkey hazmat building services
  • Manages the end-to-end sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, on-site presentations, RFI response, RFP submission, negotiation and deal signing. Be the focal point for all communication and sales activities with prospects and customers
  • Provides support to customers during initial phases of an engagement. Follow up and ensure total client satisfaction through the life cycle of the relationship
