About the role
As a Business Development Manager for APAC, you will be responsible for driving the growth of 10x across key markets in Asia Pacific, identifying and working with prospects to drive opportunities and new customers to the 10x platform. You will own a territory within the APAC sales region, and be empowered to own this market including work across Marketing & Events, Partner Relations as well as owning the growth of new opportunities for 10x.
Ideally you will have..
- A background in Sales, preferably in a SaaS B2B environment
- Experience of selling into financial services organisation
- Experience of managing top of funnel leads through to opportunities
- Worked in fast paced environment like a Fintech
- Experience of the Core Banking market (preferred not a pre-requisite)
- Experience selling in a similar field to Core Banking (Payments, Fraud, AML, Origination etc.)
- Cross company collaboration experience to drive business outcomes
- Self starter attitude and a growth mindset

The Covid-19 pandemic changed a lot of things about the way we work, including the enablement of colleagues working from various locations and delivering high performance through the effective use of remote working technology.
10x is a fully ‘remote enabled’ organisation and supports agile working. This role has a minimum office attendance requirement of approx. 1-2 times per week, in agreement with your line manager.
As all employees are employed on Sydney based contracts, commuting costs to the office are covered by employees and not by 10x.
