Bloomerang

We are Bloomerang, a software company founded in 2012. We developed a Giving Platform for nonprofit organizations that combines fundraising, donor management (CRM), and volunteer management. We help over 24,000 nonprofits manage donors, acquire new supporters, and engage volunteers.

Our main products are Bloomerang Fundraising, Bloomerang CRM, and Bloomerang Volunteer. We also offer Online Fundraising Tools and Bloomerang Payments. This includes tools for donor CRM, engagement, loyalty, retention, online giving, and relations.

We provide data to help nonprofits understand and improve donor engagement and retention. This includes our Generosity Score (launched 2018), Sustainability Scorecard (launched 2017), and Donor Engagement Level (launched 2017).

Since we started, we’ve processed over $5 billion in donations. In 2021, we acquired Kindful and launched Online Fundraising Tools and Bloomerang Payments. In 2023, we acquired InitLive to launch Bloomerang Volunteer Management, and in 2024, we acquired Qgiv.

We are a remote-first company, with employees across the U.S. and select Canadian provinces. We also have an optional headquarters in Indianapolis, IN. We encourage continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and open questions.

Time off includes 20 days of Paid Time Off (PTO), 3 flex days, 4 optional volunteer days, and 12 paid holidays. Remote employees receive necessary equipment shipped to their homes. If you work in our Indianapolis office, you’ll find a stocked kitchen with snacks and coffee.
