Our platform offers tools for publishing content, engaging with customers, providing customer care, and managing advocacy. We also include AI-driven business intelligence. Our software works across major social media networks and digital platforms, helping users plan and schedule content, analyze performance, discover trends, and run influencer campaigns. We serve over 30,000 brands in more than 100 countries. Our platform integrates with popular services like TikTok, Instagram, Zendesk, Slack, Threads, and Salesforce.
