Duties and Responsibilities:
Primary role description:
- Processing of immigration files in the Philippines (manage client portfolios including day to day work, communications, initiation of cases, tracking & managing client’s applications up to completion stage);
- Business development for migration clients to Europe;
- Business development of real estate investment in Spain & Portugal (especially HNWI);
- Liaison with corporate service providers and law firms in the Philippines.
- Client/customer acquisition (main priority)
- Preparing marketing materials
- Delivering presentations
- Handoff of leads to the Migration team
Secondary role description:
- Business opportunity matchmaking; ie, search of Philippine investors into Europe or Philippine investors that would like to franchise European brands;
- Marketing activities and member acquisition in Business Chambers chaired by the firm.
- Social media engagement (basic level). Posting content two to three times a week to attract potential clients
Must-have Skills / Qualification:
- At least four to five years of full-cycle business development experience is required from lead generation to closing of deals
- A strong background in working with high-net-worth individuals is highly desirable, as well as having an extensive and active client network.
- Experience in real estate or the financial sector is highly preferred.
- Experience in attending tradeshows/events
