Peachy is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their Sales and Marketing team. The role involves attracting new clients and partners, providing consultation on proposals and pricing, and creating partnership-marketing strategies. Requirements
- 2+ successful Sales/Business development experience within the IT industry
- Experience in working with the B2B segment and familiarity with the US market
- Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Experience in building business and go-to-market strategies, identifying perspective markets and channels and tactics to succeed there
- Proven track record of developing successful partnerships
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- English proficiency at the Upper intermediate level or above
Responsibilities
- Attract new clients and partners through various social networking tools such as Linkedln, Upwork and others
- Provide consultation to the company on how to improve our proposals, pricing, and overall sales approach
- Participating in market and user research to identify and refine new opportunities
- Create and implement a partnership-marketing strategy that drives revenue growth
- Collaborate with business development, technology, sales, and marketing teams to identify, evaluate, and drive optimal synergy with new potential partners
- Work with CRM
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and industry news to inform sales strategy
