Job description
About Blueprint
At Blueprint, we’re on a mission to empower therapists with world-class tools so they can focus on what matters most—delivering exceptional mental health care.
Our AI assistant is purpose-built for therapists, automating the administrative tasks that slow them down and enabling them to operate at the top of their license. With Blueprint, therapists aren’t just managing their work; they’re supported by tools that understand the context of each client interaction. Compared to legacy software tools, Blueprint feels more like having the world’s best executive assistant at your side.
Today, over 40,000 therapists use Blueprint to enhance care for hundreds of thousands of clients. We’ve found strong product-market fit and are scaling rapidly to meet demand.
Our organization is very flat, and our team is intentionally small and talent-dense. We like people who are truthseekers, creative, and passionate about improving mental health care.
We’re a remote-first company (U.S. and Canada only, for now) and come together in person a few times a year to connect, have fun, and help shape the future of mental health care.
What We’re Looking For:
As we continue to expand, we’re hiring a full-time Business Development & Partner Support Representative to drive top-of-funnel growth through both outbound motion and partner success. This person will work at the intersection of partner enablement, strategic outreach, and early-stage pipeline development—helping us reach more therapists via partner channels, outbound sales development, and affiliate lead-generation.
Responsibilities:
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and engage potential clients through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
Partner Enablement & Development
- Equip our partners with sales tools, case studies, and messaging.
- Drive partner-sourced pipeline by supporting co-marketing campaigns and trainings.
- Act as day-to-day partner sales liaison for a small group of strategic partners.
Affiliate Recruitment and Support
- Support recruitment and success of affiliate referrers.
- Develop micro-campaigns for affiliates to drive lead volume.
Business Development & Sales Expertise
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or lead generation.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and pipeline management.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to craft compelling outreach messages and presentations.
- Strong active listening skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Technical Proficiency
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement tools
- Comfortable using data analytics tools to track and report on sales performance.
Organizational & Time Management
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Collaborative Mindset
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Eagerness to contribute to team goals and company mission.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or related ecosystems.
Prior work in a startup or channel/affiliate-driven business.
