Job Advert - Business Ops Manager
We’re looking for a Business Operations Manager to work as part of our growing, fully-remote, and friendly team on the success of Camo, our app that helps people get incredible results with video.
Our customers include teams at Apple, Google, Facebook, Microsoft, and Amazon, the world’s top universities, VIPs around the world, and plenty of people who just want to look better online. Our work has been recognised by HM King Charles III, the NYT, WSJ, and the BBC.
This is a role for someone who enjoys breadth, thrives on variety, and likes being at the centre of how things run.
We’re looking for someone based in the UK, ideally London. While we’re a remote company, this role will likely require regular travel into our London HQ.

You will:
- Recruit, onboard, and develop our team and help shape a thoughtful and high-performance team culture
- Manage budgets, monitor expenses, support financial reporting, and liaise with accountants or external finance partners
- Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement; simplify processes and remove friction across the company
- Take ownership of priority initiatives that help Reincubate grow — whether that’s launching new systems, optimising tools, or rolling out new ways of working
- Keep records in good order and ensure we meet our regulatory and operational obligations
