Thomasnet.com is seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Campaign Specialist to oversee the execution of auction-based optimizations for a portfolio of clients. This role focuses on managing campaigns in bulk, ensuring successful outcomes without direct client interaction. The ideal candidate thrives in independent work environments, has strong analytical skills, and is adept at leveraging data to drive campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution: Manage and optimize auction-based campaigns for a high volume of clients, ensuring alignment with their goals and KPIs.
  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously track campaign performance using analytics tools, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Bulk Optimization: Develop scalable processes to efficiently manage and optimize campaigns across multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Reporting & Insights: Generate detailed performance reports and actionable insights to ensure campaigns meet success metrics.
  • Independent Problem Solving: Address challenges proactively, leveraging data-driven solutions to maintain campaign effectiveness.
  • Process Automation: Identify opportunities for automation and workflow improvements to streamline campaign management.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with sales, analytics, and product teams to align campaign strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on auction-based optimization trends and best practices to maintain competitive performance standards.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing or advertising campaign management, preferably with auction-based optimizations.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, Tableau, or other reporting platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality outcomes.
  • Experience with programmatic advertising platforms or real-time bidding systems is a plus.
  • Self-starter who excels in independent work environments and can prioritize tasks effectively.
