Job description
RevOpsforce is seeking a Customer Data Platform (CDP) Implementation Lead to lead the strategic evaluation, selection, and solution design of enterprise-grade CDP platforms. This role will be instrumental in identifying the right CDP technology to unify first-party data, enable real-time personalization, and support advanced segmentation use cases. The ideal candidate has deep hands-on experience with customer data platforms and a strong understanding of B2B data strategy, identity resolution, and marketing technology ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead discovery and platform evaluation of CDP technologies across leading vendors
Design scalable solutions for data ingestion, unification, and real-time activation
Deliver clear, actionable recommendations to business and technical stakeholders
Assess integration feasibility and operational fit within a complex Martech environment
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data governance, security, and scalability are accounted for in solution designs
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of experience in Martech, CDP implementation, or solution architecture
Proven success evaluating, implementing, or scaling CDP platforms in B2B organizations
Expertise in real-time personalization, advanced segmentation, and identity resolution
Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives
Familiarity with leading CDP technologies such as Adobe Real-Time CDP, Segment, Salesforce CDP, Treasure Data, or similar
Preferred Qualifications:
Technical certifications or training in one or more CDP platforms
Experience designing CDP data schemas, identity graphs, and data integration workflows
Understanding of modern data stack tools and Martech architecture
