What You’ll Do
Provide 1-on-1 telehealth/or onsite mental health support for Intellect’s clients
Address a range of clinical cases, including depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction, and more
Partner with our internal clinical team to improve the platform and client programs
A Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Psychology with a Clinical Focus (since 2020, a specific psychotherapy-integrated degree is required).
A postgraduate psychotherapy training (3-5 years) in one of four approved methods:
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
- Psychoanalysis
- Depth-Psychology-Based Therapy
- Systemic Therapy
- Pass the State Licensing Examination (Approbationsprüfung)
- Register with the Health Insurance System (Kassenzulassung)
- Proficiency in English and German
- Prior experience with EAP, adult counseling, or coaching managerial roles
- Openness to occasional onsite work, if necessary, is a plus
