You live at the intersection of all aspects of social media, and your organization and communication skills are exceptional. You know the channels, you know the audience – and you know how to bring people together to make the work happen.
This is a hands-on, high-pace role where you’ll be part of the team that turns launches, campaigns and cultural moments into social-first stories. You’ll keep the plan clear, the timelines tight, and the client confident — while making sure the team has exactly what they need to deliver their best work.
Coordinate the plan. Lead the social calendar — aligning campaigns, product drops, and cultural sparks with the right platforms and formats.
Think strategically: Bring a sharp lens to every project, ensuring creative choices align with brand and business goals, while steering channel strategies to maximize impact across touchpoints.
Be the connection point. Keep communication flowing between creatives, strategists, clients, and partners – so everyone knows what’s next and what’s needed.
Platform-aware. Understand the strengths, trends, and behaviors of each channel to guide decisions and keep content relevant.
Quality first. Ensure copy, visuals, and tone meet brand standards before content is published.
Data in context. Read the numbers, share the insights, and help the team act on them.
Client partner. Manage expectations, create a strong working partnership, and provide clear updates – especially under pressure.
Workflow champion. Keep timelines, approvals, and assets moving smoothly across multiple stakeholders.
Hold oversight. Be the go-to voice for progress, priorities, and problem-solving — building trust through clarity and consistency.
Guide the team. Be a steady source of direction, motivation, and support for an established Editorial Team, ensuring everyone is aligned and empowered to deliver their best work.
Social media fluent. Expert-level understanding of platforms, formats, and trends.
Strong communicator. Clear, concise, and confident with both teams and clients.
Organizer at heart. You bring structure, clarity, and calm to complex projects.
Detail-driven. Able to spot issues before they become problems.
Collaborative- You thrive in team settings and know how to keep people aligned.
Hands-on doer. Ready to step in when the moment calls for speed.
Data-literate. Able to interpret dashboards and spot opportunities.

At LOOP, we believe great work deserves fair pay — and that transparency builds trust. For this role, the gross annual starting salary (full-time, based in Austria) is EUR 60,000. That’s our baseline for candidates who meet the key requirements. If you bring more to the table — deeper experience, sharper skills — we’re ready to reflect that in your offer.
