Account specific roles and responsibilities:
- Calls the facilities to relay critical laboratory results
- Assists in placing order for STAT, specimen pick up etc.
- Assists in the main customer service inquiries
- Tracks productivity manually in MS Excel
- Communicates with onshore counterpart for all function related inquiries
- Follows up on pending orders or laboratory results
Job Description:
Provides customer support through different communication channels (Phone, email, chat).
Resolve issues & accommodate customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction with products or services.
Collaborate with colleagues and different departments to resolve complex issues
Maintain accurate records on customer interactions, transaction, feedback, etc.
6 months - 1 year BPO experience
Healthcare Account experience is an advantage
Ability to multitask (taking in calls and responding to email)
Organized and keen attention to details
Good verbal and written English skills
Amenable working night shift (shifting)
Must be residing within Greater Manila Area
