Responsibilities
- Responsible for content planning on overseas social media and community platforms (including Facebook, Discord, Reddit, Wiki, etc.), setting engagement goals, and delivering content according to the plan
- Develop and manage UGC (User-Generated Content) / PGC (Professionally-Generated Content) systems, enrich community content, and maintain a healthy community ecosystem
- Online Reputation: Focus on Trust Building strategies to drive user attention, adoption, growth
- Engagement Initiatives: Actively participate in and contribute to online discussions, fostering positive interactions and promoting our platform's benefits
- Growth Hacking: Utilize innovative growth hacking techniques to attract and engage potential users, driving community growth and platform adoption
- Feedback Loop: Gather and analyze community feedback to inform product development and improve user experience
- Event Coordination: Participate in community events, webinars, and AMA (Ask Me Anything) sessions to engage with users and provide valuable insights about our platform
